iBuild? They’re unreal. The best builder you could find.
We literally couldn’t be happier with iBuild, the whole experience of renovating our house in Mollymook Beach was amazing and we couldn’t love our new house more.
Throughout the process iBuild was proactive, found creative solutions to overcome any problems that arose, and consulted with us all the time over the 14 month build. While the build was happening in Mollymook we were based in Canberra and we visited once a month in the beginning and more often near the end. We had full trust and confidence in Daniel and Sean and their team to manage whatever was happening and to let us know if there were any issues. When we did visit, we were always impressed with how tidy and organised the building site was, they clearly run a tight ship are highly organised and the site, the schedule and the whole process is closely and well managed.
They finished the house ahead of plan, and kept tight control of the budget throughout, managing the costs and giving us options along the way so if there was a cost impact then the decision to change the scope or make a variation was ours, and they always presented a low or no cost option (which we never seemed to take - but that was our choice)!
The finished product is incredible. The quality of the building is first class. iBuild’s subcontractors were all amazing. They clearly have strong and established relationships with them all which results in a smooth and efficient process with no down time waiting for something to happen, and the quality of all the trades is obvious. We were working with interior designers who were based in Sydney and this was no issue - iBuild worked seamlessly with them to produce an incredible product.
Any issues which have arisen since completion (and there haven’t been many) have been addressed quickly and with zero hassle.
We can’t recommend iBuild more highly. We feel very fortunate to have found them to build our house.
