Renovated Delight
Project Information
This lovely home was renovated to help bring it back to life. While retaining the original feel and look of the home, we added new timber cladding to the front, a new roof, gutter and fascia as well as adding a garage, sunroom and new decks to both the front and rear of the home. There are views out to the beautiful Burrill Lake at the rear of the house overlooking the new hardwood deck.
This house was situated on a very steep block, so a solid structural support was a necessity. Termite protection was included as in all of our major projects.
