With so many different elements to incorporate, this home took a lot of careful consideration and planning to carry out the build. This home was definitely not your usual square box! To maximise the use of the land, the original home was knocked down as part of the work and to allow a clean slate to work with. It incorporates 2 lounge areas, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and a cellar.
The external cladding used was Scyon Stria and Scyon Matrix. There is a tiled deck out the front with views to the ocean and a hardwood deck out the back.
