Addition Adds Value To Home

Project Information
The exterior consists of a corner feature of cedar cladding, along with Scyon Stria for the remainder of the addition. Windows are a combination of Trend Quantum and Crestlight windows. An LED spotlight was used to throw light up through the palm trees.
Internally, the walls are pine lining boards with a Dado mould. The skirtings are 140mm NSW Colonial, and the architraves are 68mm NSW Colonial. LED lighting is used on all the down lights. Carpet chosen was pure wool which covers the floor and leads from the bedroom and partway into the office creating a flow-through effect once the double sliding doors are opened. The remainder of the floor in the office was Sydney blue Gum with a semi-gloss urethane finish (water based).
