This brand new double-storey home has only just been completed. Facing north to capture the sun's rays allows for the natural heating of the home while sliding windows and doors on both sides allows for ventilation and cooling of the house. This home is situated only a short walk from the town centre of Milton with views over the countryside as well as to the ocean. It is constructed of brick veneer that was rendered creating a modern look. Expense was not spared when it came to the windows and fittings which really helped to finish the house off. Using a splash of colour in both the bedrooms and the kitchen succeeds in bringing the wow factor to the home.
The lower level contains a guest room, bathroom, kitchenette, workshop and garage, with the upper level containing 2 bedrooms, another bathroom, separate toilet, laundry and open plan living. There is a balcony facing north and a deck out the back. Our team of dedicated workers and subcontractors worked extremely hard to complete the job as soon as possible allowing the owners to move straight in.
