Two Major Projects Just Completed
We've had a busy time completing a new home and a major addition over the last few weeks. Here is a photo of a laundry/guest bathroom that has an amazing timber look tile on the floor, with quality fittings.

National Carpenters Day
National Carpenters Day was celebrated in style with a game of golf at Mollymook Beach with the Ibuild Team and and a couple of subcontractors. The Inaugural Golf Match was won by Shaun Dickson, 2nd place went to Anthony Walsh and 3rd place went to Mitch Grace.

Bunnings BBQ
We were lucky enough to win a free BBQ provided by Bunnings so we held one for all of our team and subcontractors to get together at one of our job sites in Mollymook. The vehicles lined the street as everyone showed up to enjoy steak and sausage sandwiches and drinks on a hot day.

Energy Efficient Home
Work has begun on this exciting new energy efficient home with views to the ocean and the land in one of the newest areas of Milton. This will have a suspended concrete floor with some amazing finishes!

Difficult Renovation Begins
Work is well underway on a new renovation that was commenced in Mollymook. The timber flooring was ripped up on the first floor and the removal of an old concrete water tank that sat underneath has been taken out. The last couple of weeks has been intense as there were many hands on deck and safety was of the utmost importance. This will now make room for 2 extra bedrooms, a bathroom, rumpus and laundry downstairs.
